Step 1: Preparation At Home
Gather all the used jars, jugs and containers for the next shopping.
Put all the shopping bags in one bag.

And you are ready to go!

Steps 2 : In The Local Shop



Pick all the desirable vegetables, fruits and allium family of vegetables such as onions, leeks, garlic, chives, shallots, and scallions, and mushrooms from the shelves.

Get muffins or bread without packages

Refill your containers with liquids products such as oil, sugar, shampoo etc.

Weigh your jar before to zero-up the weight, and refill with whatever you need.
Remember your PLU number, if necessary.

For Example: Let's Buy Some Sugar
1. Weight the empty jar.

2. Get your funnel ready for refilling the sugar

3. Refill the jar with sugar.

4. Labelled your jar with the weight of the sugar refilled for pricing.

Similarly, do the same for nuts refilling.

Beans and cereal refilling

Coffee or Tea refilling

Hurray! Now you are done shopping for a week!
